Your Capital Connection, Inc. can perform a Florida Criminal History Search with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (F.D.L.E.) and obtain certified search results on your behalf.

Then, if needed, we can have the criminal history search apostilled for use in another country. An apostille certifies the results for use overseas.

If you would like Your Capital Connection, Inc. to Apostille/Certify your Criminal History Request, then please indicate the Country to which you are submitting the documents. We will then submit the Criminal History Request to the Secretary of State and obtain an Apostille/Certification for the Country Indicated. An additional fee of $111.50 for the Apostille applies. Apostilles are obtained in two to three business days from the time we receive the Criminal History.

*The total to obtain one F.D.L.E. Criminal History and have it apostilled, then sent to you by Next Day Air is $239.10.

*If you choose to obtain the English and Spanish results from F.D.L.E., it's an additional $66.50 to obtain a second apostille.

Your total with Next Day Air return is $305.60.
