If we receive your request by 10:30 A.M., then the apostille is normally completed one to three business days after the day of submission. When shipping us the documents, just send them with the delivery by 10:30 A.M. option; you do not need to ship the documents with the first overnight delivery option.

For the two checks or money orders.

• The first check or money order should be made payable to the ‘Secretary of State’ in the amount of $10.00 per document. If your document is a certified copy from the county clerk of court, then the State fee is $20.00 per certified copy.
• The second check or money order should be made payable to ‘Capital Connection, Inc’ for $100.00 for the first document, and $50.00 per additional document.
• For return shipping, you may either include a prepaid FedEx or UPS return label or include an additional check to Capital Connection, Inc. for the return shipping.

* FedEx Two-Day Air Return is an additional $25.00 for shipping and handling and takes approximately two business days.
** (Overnight Return) FedEx Next Business Day is an additional $50.00 for shipping and handling, and it is normally delivered the following business day.
